We have been serving Yavapai county for 22 years. We offer HIV Medical and Specialty Primary Health Care. We have personalized HIV Case Management Services, including HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS/HIV), Dental, Vision and Transportation Assistance. We offer empowering Sexual Health Education, Outreach, Free and Confidential HIV Testing, STI training and Education. We are excited to now offer PrEP and PEP Navigation and Case Management Services.
