Our community is fighting to recover from 2020. Rising unemployment, a public health crisis, increased learning loss, social isolation, parents struggling to find childcare for their kids and wildfire destruction. However, amidst the uncertainty, unrest, and panic, the YMCA was there. We were relentless in pivoting our operation to serve the urgent needs of our community. We made tough choices with humility and compassion so that critical services and resources were available to those who needed us most. The YMCA's purpose of strengthening communities by connecting all people to their potential and each other is needed now more than ever.
