Community Building Through Art

The Drawing Studio in Tucson with great efforts has created a community for people of all ages and all intersecionalities. The Studio has developed programs and events that welcome all. Access to art has always been privlaged and limited. The Drawing Studio has developed programs, events and classes for individuals regardless of their art background. They have classes that teach the fundmamentals and advance techniques. The Drawing Studio offers scholarships for those who may not be able to afford taking classes. This fundraiser has been created in attempts to help more individuls have access to art classes and programs provided by The Drawing Studio.  Particpants have shared that The Drawing Studio has been a great support getting them through isolation, PTSD, dimming immagination and fining new outlets through team work, community and new knowledge.
