Unquestionably, our largest expense is Medical. In 2025, our medical costs were over $18,000. As the ages of our population increase, so do their health and medical needs. We currently incur $750 every month to manage existing conditions (medications, fluids, supplements, blood work, rechecks), and still have unexpected emergencies or other costly procedures like Dentals to fund. This year Monte needs to see Internal Medicine for diagnostics related to his chronic obstructed airways, and Jasmine and others will need dentals. We’re seeking $9,000 this year to fund known medical costs.
