Sanctuary Updates & Repairs $1,700

Last year with your gifts, we were able to address all the critical safety concerns within the geriatric sanctuary. Some of it was constructed a quarter of a century ago, and exposed to all of the brutal outdoor Arizona elements. The block wall became an emergency when one of the crumbling areas was struck by a commercial truck in the alley and opened up a hole. The exterior doors which would no longer latch were replaced. One of the wooden cat structures with rot and exposed nails was rebuilt. Two security cameras, two air purifiers, and two outdoor ceiling fans failed, along with part of the misting system. This year we hope to raise the funds needed to complete the next phase of the sanctuary repairs. We plan to build a replacement for the two-story cat house, replace indoor cat shelves, and finish reinforcing the cat fencing. Our goal this year for sanctuary updates is $1700.
