About BASIS Phoenix North

BASIS Phoenix North is a tuition-free public charter school for families living in the North Phoenix, Anthem and New River areas. Currently serving grades K–5 for the 2024–25 school year, we are expanding by one grade level each school year and will ultimately provide a comprehensive education for grades K–12. We set the foundation for academic success with our accelerated curriculum, robust student support system, and variety of enriching extracurriculars.

What Sets Us Apart

Our students engage in the world-class BASIS Charter School Curriculum, which fuels critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Classes are led by Subject Expert Teachers, many of whom hold advanced degrees. Our teachers design challenging and engaging lessons that appeal to different learning styles, and as a result, BASIS Charter School students achieve excellent academic outcomes and become self-motivated learners.

We believe all students can succeed when provided with an advanced curriculum and supportive, knowledgeable teachers to guide them through it. Our Subject Expert Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering lessons rich in content and insight, consistently extending their expertise and enthusiasm to maximize student comprehension and engagement.

The Annual Teacher Fund at BASIS Phoenix North

The Annual Teacher Fund is a fundraising campaign that supports performance-based compensation for BASIS BASIS Phoenix North teachers. These funds allow us to recruit, retain, and reward the effective, high-quality educators who bring the BASIS Charter School Curriculum to life.

Contributions to the BASIS BASIS Phoenix North Annual Teacher Fund are an investment in our teachers, directly impacting the quality of education our students receive and helping to create positive learning environments where they are empowered to reach their full potential.
