Across Arizona, from the studios in Yuma to the classrooms in Kingman, dance teachers are working tirelessly to inspire the next generation. They are looking for a home. A place for professional development, student scholarships, and a network that understands the unique pulse of the dance floor.

The Challenge:

AzDEO has the resources, the heart, and the history to be that home. However, as a 100% volunteer-led organization, our "voice" is often limited by the hands we have on deck. We have the vision for 2026, but our ability to engage, recruit, and support our members is hitting a ceiling of human capacity. We are sitting on a treasure trove of community stories, but we lack the dedicated storyteller to share them consistently.

The Solution:

We need a Social Media Intern this summer, a digital native dedicated to translating our mission into the vibrant, engaging content our educators deserve. This isn't just about "posting on Instagram"; it’s about ensuring no teacher feels isolated, and every student knows about the opportunities waiting for them at the All-State Festival.

This is where you come in. We aren't just looking for a donation; we are looking for our Dance Education Champions!

Our goal of $1000.00 fully funds a summer internship, providing a student with professional experience and fairly compensating them for their time, while giving AzDEO a full-time digital presence.

  • You are the bridge between a great organization and the educators who need us most.

  • You unlock our capacity to grow, allowing our board to focus on high-level advocacy while our intern keeps the community connected.

Will you be the one to give Arizona dance the spotlight it deserves?
