We provide bi-monthly disbursements through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Donations are distributed on the 10th and 25th of each month. Donations made the 1st-15th of the month will be distributed that month on the 25th. Donations made the 16th-end of month will be distributed on the 10th of the following month.
Optionally, you can choose to receive funds by check for an additional $5 fee, which are disbursed on the 10th of the following month.

Locating the Disbursement Report
Your organization’s disbursement report offers a detailed breakdown of the funds deposited through EFT. If you are an administrator for your organization, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your administrative account.
2. Click on your user icon in the top-right corner, and then select your organization in the dropdown.
3. Select Reports on the left-hand navigation

4. Select Disbursement from the sub-menu or directly from the landing page.
5. After selecting Disbursements you will land on a page with details from each of your payouts. Simply click on one of the items to view the full details.

Understanding the Disbursement Report
Your disbursement report provides a detailed summary, including the donations included in the disbursement, any adjustments applied, and a final breakdown explaining how the total amount deposited into your account was calculated. Reminder: Donations are disbursed twice a month. If a donor gave November 1-15, that donation will be disbursed on November 25th. If a donor gave on November 16th, that donation will be disbursed on December 10th.

At the top of your Disbursement Report, you will see some general information including the date the EFT was processed, your organization information, and the amount deposited into your account.
In the next section, you will find every donation that was included in the disbursement, including the date the gift was made, and the amount of the donation.
The third section will contain any adjustments your organization receives.
Finally, you’ll find a summary that combines all the sections outlined above into a single, comprehensive breakdown.
