With more than 20 years' experience, Southwest Network is one of the best, most tenured mental and behavioral health services providers in Maricopa County. We provide high-quality mental health services for children and adults at our seven sites in convenient Phoenix-area locations. We also offer primary care for adults at our 4 adult locations, giving our members a comprehensive solution to their health care needs and greater continuity of care with a focus on whole person care.
Southwest Network teams comprise compassionate case managers, licensed clinical therapists, addiction medicine physicians, housing specialists, transition facilitators, psychiatrists, counselors, and other mental health champions who work together to help individuals in Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, and additional locations throughout the Phoenix Valley.
Southwest Network is highly regarded for our ability in helping people gain hope; achieve independence; and recover from addition, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, sex trafficking, and other conditions and situations. We served more than 6,800 adults and 2,000 children and families in 2024, and we continue to grow through physician and member referrals and our partnership with the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS).
