Quality Connections is a Training Center for employment and practical life skills, helping people in Flagstaff, Page, and surrounding communities overcome barriers and become more independent since 1999.
Our 14 licensed group homes across Flagstaff and Page offer family-style environments with 24-hour support, helping residents pursue employment, volunteering, recreation, and meaningful relationships. Adult Day Programs in both cities feature Diverge Media, our inclusive creative media initiative exploring music, radio, visual arts, and storytelling. In-home services support individuals in living safely and independently in their own homes.
Quality Connections provides in-home services supporting individuals with I/DD in living safely and independently. Tailored to each person's needs, services may include meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, household tasks, and community access. Staff work closely with individuals and families through individualized support plans developed with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities — promoting independence, choice, and dignity in the place that matters most, home.
Our Adult Day Programs in Flagstaff and Page provide meaningful skill-building and community engagement for adults with I/DD. A key component is Diverge Media, the newest member-driven addition to QC’s Adult Day Programs in Flagstaff and Page. Through member-produced media, we encourage creativity and self-expression while developing communication, teamwork, and technical skills, giving members an opportunity to share their voices and connect with the community. Its flagship project, Only Good News, features short, uplifting local stories created by members, shining a light on the positive things happening across Northern Arizona. collaborative environment Our program also includes life skills development, recreation, and community outings that help participants build confidence and workplace readiness while fostering connection, purpose, and belonging.
QC's Employment Services program supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and others facing employment barriers in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining meaningful work. Services include personalized job coaching, SNAP Career Advancement Network (CAN) supports, and hands-on skill development tailored to each individual's goals. Through Work Training Crews, participants earn wages while building real-world experience in a supportive, team-based environment. QC also offers the Pathways program in Page and Flagstaff, where members develop job skills by creating and selling goods at local farmers' markets. By partnering with local employers and providing ongoing support, QC helps individuals succeed in competitive, integrated employment and build greater independence.
Evergreen Academy Preschool, operated by Quality Connections in Flagstaff, provides high-quality early childhood education licensed by Arizona DES with a 4.74-star Quality First rating. Evergreen also creates hands-on training and employment opportunities for individuals with I/DD interested in childcare careers, while helping address Flagstaff's childcare gap and offering subsidized childcare benefits for Quality Connections employees.
Quality Connections operates QC Office, a social enterprise selling office products and printer supplies to businesses and public agencies across Arizona, including an exclusive State of Arizona set-aside contract. 100% of labor is performed by people with disabilities, who gain hands-on experience in fulfillment, inventory, and customer service — building skills and pathways to competitive employment.
Page Express, operated by Quality Connections, provides accessible public transportation for residents in Page and surrounding Northern Arizona communities, including Tuba City, Cameron, and Kaibeto. Services include fixed routes, route deviation, and ADA-compliant paratransit, allowing individuals to travel for work, medical appointments, shopping, and community activities. The program connects rural and underserved communities, operating lift-equipped vehicles and offering ADA-compliant services — enhancing independence, economic participation, and quality of life across the region.
Together, our programs create opportunities, build independence, and strengthen communities. They give our members a voice, help them develop real-life skills, and show what is possible when people of all abilities are supported and included.
