NATIVE HEALTH provides holistic, patient centered care, to empower our community to achieve the highest quality health and well-being.

NATIVE HEALTH is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) community health center, and provides primary care, dental, behavior health, WIC and other ancillary services to the American Indian and underserved populations in the Phoenix metropolitan area. NATIVE HEALTH has been serving the community for over 40 years, and has grown to 3 locations.

NATIVE HEALTH provides the following services:
-Primary Care for all ages targeted to urban Native Americans and other underserved populations. The agency aims to increase the resiliency of the urban indigenous population with many programs that increase interaction across the lifespan. Agency services also include Women's Health /OB/GYN services including prenatal care and deliveries, annual well women health exams, Pediatric, and HIV Testing and Prevention services.

Additional programs inlcude:
-Behavioral Health programs and Case Management; WIC- Women, Infants, and Children; Health/Diabetes Education and prevention services including the Indigenous Wellness Youth Camp; transportation for medically necessary appointments; Patient Enrollment in AHCCCS (Medicaid) and KidsCare (CHIP); Youth Services includes Health Start: A Young Mothers Program (0-2 years of age, including prenatal), Home Visiting Program for school readiness (0-8 years of age); and a Community Food Pantry.

Native Health has been at the forefront of combating food insecurity among underserved populations in Maricopa County. The agency receives food donations from several local food banks, maintains stocks non-perishable food items, cold and frozen foods, as well as eggs/dairy, and produce. The agency participates in the Kids Cafe and Back Pack Programs, Indigenous Senior Food Boxes, and more recently added a Young Indigenous Chefs Program. In 2019 the agency was recognized nationally for being one of five national Summer Meals Heroes from No Kid Hungry and in 2022 recognized in the New York Times for our work in food insecurity and traditional garden.
