Our Mission

Using the power of collaboration to create solutions to end homelessness.

Keys to Change advances solutions to end homelessness through three focus areas: homelessness prevention, emergency intervention, and increased access to housing.

The "keys" in Keys to Change represent the tools we use to address homelessness at both the individual and systems level: programs, partnerships, data, and advocacy. Together, they help unlock pathways home for people experiencing homelessness across Maricopa County.

Key Campus: Unlocking the Way Home

For 20 years, Key Campus has served as a community hub for holistic services to end homelessness in Phoenix, Arizona. Twelve nonprofit and governmental agencies work together on a 13-acre campus at 12th Avenue and Madison, a revolutionary model and national standard for collaboration in homelessness services.
