Keys to Change advances solutions to end homelessness through three focus areas: homelessness prevention, emergency intervention, and increased access to housing.

The “keys” in Keys to Change represent the tools—programs, partnerships, data, and advocacy—we use to address homelessness at both the individual and systems level. Together, they help unlock pathways home for people experiencing homelessness across Maricopa County.

Key Campus: Unlocking the Way Home.

For 20 years, Key Campus has served as a community hub for holistic services to end homelessness in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring 12+ nonprofit and governmental agencies on a 13-acre Campus located at 12th Avenue and Madison. Key Campus is a revolutionary model and national standard for collaboration in homelessness services.
