Carry Me Productions

Since 2014, over 400 homeless veterans have engaged with Carry Me Productions (CMP). When engaging with CMP, veterans receive a personal advocate who helps them tackle health, financial, and housing barriers. CMP resource advocates work consistently for each veteran’s case, offering support towards self-sufficiency and housing intervention services when applicable.

In January of 2025, the Maricopa County PIT count reported that approximately 462 veterans were experiencing homelessness. We know that PIT counts typically only account for 1/3 of those counted; therefore, Maricopa County most likely has closer to 1,4000 veterans experiencing homelessness on any given night.

As a small nonprofit, the board of directors for CMP has decided to create good-paying jobs through the Carry Me Empowerment Workforce Program (EWP). The newly formed Veterans in Media program provides veterans with hands-on job training and career guidance in the media industry. 

Together with community and corporate support, we CAN diminish veteran homelessness within Maricopa County!
