Since 2010, the Business Education Foundation has been providing business education, services and resources to over 10,000 small businesses and entrepreneurs in all 15 counties of Arizona.
The goal of the Business Education Foundation (BEF) is to advance the spirit of the entrepreneurism by engaging and strengthening small business in Arizona. Each initiative of the BEF has a clear mission of supporting economic growth and new business development throughout the state. The BEF offers an array of support services with access to critical resources and education programs to help small businesses develop, grow and excel.
As a business related party of the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), the Business Education Foundation (BEF) thrives on monetary support from Arizona businesses and individual donors; along with grants from Arizona foundations and major corporations interested in supporting small business initiatives. Donations made to the Business Education Foundation (BEF) provide education and many other resources to small businesses to help ignite and stimulate a sustainable model for business and job growth throughout Arizona.
Scholarships are awarded to those entrepreneurs who have an idea, a dream or a vision and are looking for help in taking the next step. By providing timely education, hands-on mentoring and necessary resources and assistance, the BEF helps cultivate the business owners creative vision and helps to transform it into a solid financial future for the business owner, their family, their future employees and ultimately their community for a stronger Arizona.
Statistics show that small businesses make up 99.7% of all employers in the U.S. and 97.1% in Arizona. So we know that when small business wins, Arizona wins, and America wins.
