Arizona Legal Women and Youth Services (ALWAYS)

ALWAYS' mission is to remove legal barriers to safety, stability, and opportunity for trafficking survivors of all ages and people under 25 who have been impacted by crime, homelessness, or foster care. The organization is made up of attorneys, legal advocates, and social workers who are dedicated to providing no-cost, trauma-informed, culturally competent services to people who would otherwise not have access to representation or intensive pro se assistance.

We provide no-cost, legal services to human trafficking survivors and young people impacted by homelessness, abuse, and the foster care system. ALWAYS also pays the vast majority of expenses associated with clients' legal cases. We are proud to stand by our clients as they seek to eliminate legal obstacles standing in the way of their future and the futures of their families.
