Yoga's Arc Foundation

Our mission is to bring yoga to those who need it most but have the least access: people in prisons, survivors of domestic and sexual violence and human trafficking, and residents of homeless shelters. As the nonprofit arm of Yoga's Arc, the Foundation offers trauma-informed yoga to underserved communities, meeting people wherever they are.

Our vision is a world where everyone has the right to feel their best in mind and body. We believe yoga isn't about self-improvement, it's about self-love. We're building communities where people can heal, grow, and thrive on their own terms.

Join us in this mission by donating today and helping bring yoga to those who need it most.
