Desert Marigold School, operated by the Valley of the Sun Waldorf Education Association, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering a comprehensive K-12 education inspired by Waldorf education. Established in 1994, DMS began as a small kindergarten program and has evolved into a thriving K-12 free charter school on an urban farm, serving over 200 students in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our approach ensures that education is developmentally appropriate and interconnected, fostering curiosity and resilience that extend well beyond formal schooling.
