At This n’ That Creative Studio, we are a community-based nonprofit dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive space where children and families can connect, create, and grow. Our programs go beyond art, we integrate early literacy, life skills, and social-emotional learning to help young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

For many of the youth we serve, access to creative opportunities is limited. We work with children from diverse and often challenging backgrounds, including foster youth and those who have experienced trauma. Through hands-on experiences like sewing, painting, and collaborative projects, we give kids a healthy outlet for self-expression and a place where they feel seen, supported, and valued.

Our Color Run fundraiser is one of the ways we bring the community together to support this mission. Every dollar raised helps fund program supplies, provide scholarships for families who cannot afford to participate, and expand access to workshops, camps, and ongoing creative programs.

This work is deeply personal. Our founder created this space after growing up without access to safe creative outlets, understanding firsthand how powerful creativity can be in healing and shaping a different future. Today, that vision lives on through every child who walks through our doors.
