At our sanctuary, we give senior horses the ending they deserve—not one defined by convenience, but by compassion. Many of the horses who come to us are facing euthanasia due to age, injury, or the simple fact that they’re no longer “useful.” We step in to change that story. Here, they’re given time, comfort, and dignity—whether that means years of peaceful retirement or just a gentle, cared-for final chapter. Every horse matters to us, and every day we work to replace uncertainty and pain with safety, kindness, and respect. On AZ Gives Day, you’re not just donating—you’re giving these horses a soft place to land when they need it most.

Our mission: Provide shelter and care for equine companions as they begin and end their retirement journey.
