Sammys Heart Animal Rescue

Our mission at Sammy’s Heart is to protect and advocate for homeless or neglected dogs and cats in need. We provide shelter, medical care and a loving environment until we find them a forever family to call their own. We are a volunteer-based organization in Arizona committed to rescuing homeless, abandoned, sick and injured dogs. We provide shelter, food, and medical care to animals in need, improving their quality of life.

At Sammy’s Heart Animal Rescue, every dog we save is given a second chance at life—but right now, our ability to help is limited by our facilities. We are launching a fundraising campaign to raise $10,000 to upgrade and expand our space so we can safely and effectively care for more dogs in need. These improvements will allow us to take in additional rescues, provide better medical care, create comfortable shelter areas, and give each dog the attention and environment they deserve while they wait for their forever home. As a small, volunteer-run rescue, 100% of your donation goes directly to the dogs—their care, their healing, and their future. With your support, we can open our doors wider and save more lives.
