Rise Up Glendale Coalition

Rise Up Glendale Coalition empowers young people to live healthy, drug free lives. 

We support schools and community organizations with no cost substance awareness and education, life skills workshops, youth activities and programs that encourage physical activity, resilience, and the arts. 

Outside of school, youth have the opportunity to join the Rise Up Glendale Youth Council. As part of the youth council, you learn leadership skills, soft skills, and serve the community. Youth develop projects focusing on peer to peer, community service projects like cleaning up neighborhoods, or parks, food box distribution, volunteering at local runs or bike rides, making valentines cards in senior care centers, etc. The youth identify a need and work to develop a plan to be part of the solution.

Our organization thrives due to collaboration with community partners, donations, volunteers and grant funding. We could not do it without the community coming together to model and teach our next generation. Thank you for your contribution!
