Mohave College Foundation, Inc.

At the Mohave College Foundation, we believe education transforms lives and strengthens communities. By serving as a source of hope and opportunity, the Foundation helps bridge financial gaps that can stand in the way of student success and ensures Mohave College remains a vital resource for our region.

The sole purpose of the Mohave College Foundation, Inc. shall be to promote the growth, development, and strength of Mohave College and its students, faculty, staff, and programs.

The Mohave College Foundation is the nonprofit organization that provides financial support for Mohave College. The Foundation’s Board of Directors consists of community members who believe in the mission of Mohave College and who guide the Foundation’s activities and investments. The Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all donations are tax-deductible.

Funds received by the Foundation are distributed to advance the mission and goals of the Mohave College Foundation. Support includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Support the academic programs of the College.

2. Foster public understanding of the College and encourage participation in cultural and educational activities.

3. Encourage potential students to attend Mohave College.

4. Raise financial support for students.

5. Provide perpetual stewardship of funds donated by individuals or organizations for programs or activities benefiting the College.

6. Enhance the quality of education through the acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment for academic and occupational/technical programs.

7. Recognize and promote outstanding teaching and leadership within the College.

8. Develop and support special capital projects and facilities.

9. Raise support for special projects related to the College.

10. Undertake any other activities that benefit Mohave College and its mission.
