Hope in Motion

We are a ministry-based organization who provide hope, encouragement, trauma-informed care, life skills training, mentorship, and community re-entry support to juvenile justice involved youth and aged out youth. This is accomplished through Inside Programming, Transition Programming, Community Re-Entry, and Community Outreach. 

Our vision is to plant seeds of hope and through trauma-informed, healing centered relationships, to empower juvenile justice involved youth and aged out youth to become leaders in their communities. We are a service gap that is serving the service gap of youth and young adults who age out of juvenile justice facilities. We are connectors to Him and connectors to community-based resources.
