Heart of Tucson Happy Equine Acres Rescue and Therapy

H.E.A.R.T. of Tucson (Happy Equine Acres Rescue Therapy) We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit pro-horse equine rescue organization run entirely by volunteers. Our mission is two-fold. We rescue horses of all breeds that are in urgent need of care, that have been neglected, abandoned or abused. Secondly, we instruct and raise awareness to the general public about what it takes to own a horse. Heart's goal is to rehabilitate rescued horses and then find suitable homes for them.

IMPACT: We provide necessary medical treatment for the rescues road to recovery .
