Friends of Camp Verde Library Inc

Friends of Camp Verde Library is a group of volunteers that supports the library through donations, activities, and volunteer opportunities.  The purpose of the Friends is to promote the use of the Library as a resource for literary, cultural, community, and educational information.

The Friends of CVL is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2015 when our new library was being built to focus attention on library services, facilities, and needs; actively recruit members and supporters of the Library; stimulate gifts, endowments, and bequests; accept gifts of cash or assets; sponsor fundraising activities for the benefit of the library; and provide financial and other assistance to the Library.

We have community sales of books, CDs, DVDs, and puzzles at 130 N. Black Bridge Road.  In past years, we have supported the Children's Summer Reading program, children's cooking classes, Dia de los Muertos programs, Imagination Library programs, Kanopy subscriptions, a Little Laundromat Library with ongoing support, Minecraft Tween Reading programs, a water catchment project, technical equipment, shades for our Library skylights, and many smaller and one-time projects.
