Help Us Build a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

Want to help make a difference for Arizona’s wildlife? Any donation, big or small, can help us provide care to injured and orphaned wild animals and give them a second chance at life.

East Valley Wildlife Rehabilitation League, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Metro Phoenix area and communities throughout Arizona.

Our rehabilitators and volunteers have been caring for orphaned and injured wildlife since 1989. After our founder and mentor, Nancy Eilertsen, retired, we continued her mission: to rehabilitate wildlife and release as many animals as possible back into the wild, where they belong, while educating the public about the importance of protecting our natural resources.

Over the past years, we have grown tremendously while facing many challenges along the way. Through it all, our dedication to Arizona’s wildlife has never wavered.

Now, We Need Your Help

Our biggest goal is to transform our property into a functional wildlife rehabilitation center.

The project is expected to cost approximately $60,000:

$40,000 — Renovations and conversion of the workshop into a safe, functional rehabilitation facility

$20,000 — Cages, equipment, medical and rehabilitation supplies, essential materials, and operational expenses

Right now, much of our rehabilitation work is being done out of rooms in our homes. Having a dedicated rehabilitation center would be a tremendous step forward and would allow us to provide better care for the animals entrusted to us.

Become Part of Our Story

Businesses and individuals who make a substantial contribution—whether through financial donations, materials, or skilled labor—can become an important part of this project.

We want to recognize those who help make this dream possible with lasting recognition displayed inside our rehabilitation center, along with social media recognition and, most importantly, our eternal gratitude.

Your support can help us create a place where injured and orphaned wildlife can heal, grow, and ultimately return to the wild.

Please consider donating, sharing our fundraiser, or helping us spread the word. Every contribution brings us one step closer to opening our wildlife rehabilitation center.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us continue this important work for Arizona’s wildlife. 🐾🦉🦅 🐍🐦‍🔥
