Keep Boots on The Ground In Arizona

At Arizona Conservation Corps (AZCC) and Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps (ALCC), we believe in the power of young people to lace up their boots and step into meaningful conservation work. Our crews restore and protect Arizona’s lands while gaining invaluable job training, leadership skills, and a deep connection to the landscapes they serve.

This Arizona Gives Day, your support helps keep boots on the ground and fuels this vital work.

Big Impact Starts with a Single Step

Our corps programs engage young people in meaningful conservation service that strengthens both landscapes and communities across Arizona.

Through paid service opportunities, participants gain job training, leadership experience, and pathways into environmental careers while completing critical conservation projects on public, Tribal, and community lands.

This hands-on work helps address urgent environmental challenges like drought, wildfire, and habitat loss while preparing the next generation of conservation leaders to steward our lands for years to come.

When you give, you help ensure these crews can continue doing this vital work across Arizona.

Your Support in Action

Every donation helps equip our crews working across Arizona to restore landscapes, reduce wildfire risk, and protect important cultural and natural resources.

Help our crews gear up!

$25 — Lace Up: Help crews prepare for the field with essentials like work gloves, safety gear, and basic supplies.

$50 — Hit the Trail: Support the tools and equipment crews use to restore trails, improve habitat, and care for Arizona’s public lands.

$100 — Buy a Pair of Boots: Provide the critical gear that allows a corps member to safely work in rugged terrain and leave a positive footprint on Arizona’s landscapes.

$250 — Keep Boots on the Ground: Support conservation crews across Arizona by helping fund training, equipment, and restoration projects.

Why This Matters

Every day, corps members lace up their boots and head into the field to:

  • Maintain and restore trails
  • Reduce wildfire risk through forest and fuels management
  • Support urban forestry efforts
  • Restore watersheds and wildlife habitat
  • Protect culturally significant landscapes
  • Improve access to Arizona’s public lands and so much more for our communities

This Arizona Gives Day, you can help ensure conservation crews continue showing up day after day with their boots on the ground restoring Arizona’s lands for future generations.

No donation is too small. Every trail restored, every watershed protected, and every acre cared for begins with a pair of boots on the ground.
