Azulita Project

The Azulita Project's mission is to empower community action to prevent and reduce plastic waste.

The Azulita Project was born from the desire to create a healthier and more environmentally sustainable world. We focus on reducing plastic use and waste in the communities of Flagstaff, Arizona, and Los Llanos, Guerrero, Mexico. In Flagstaff, the Azulita Project works to reduce City-wide plastic use through educational offerings like Zero Waste Events and free school programs. In Los Llanos, Azulita captures ocean-bound plastic and prepares it for reuse or recycling.
