Axiom Community of Recovery

WE ARE A PEER-LED, PEER-DRIVEN RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION

At Axiom Community of Recovery (ACR), our mission is to transform the lives of individuals and families struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in Arizona. 

We achieve this by providing:

• Evidence-based, peer recovery support services;

• Advocacy;

• Workforce development and employment assistance;

• Street outreach;

• Sober social activities; and

• Re-entry support for individuals transitioning back to the community from incarceration.

While ACR serves all individuals and families who come to us seeking support for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, we focus on providing free support to individuals experiencing additional high-risk factors. These factors include individuals involved in the criminal justice system, racially/ethnically diverse, uninsured, living below the federal poverty level, and people experiencing homelessness. 

ACR is focused on reducing recidivism and preventing repeated cycles of homelessness for individuals facing multiple challenges. With ACR's help and support, clients will work on overcoming addiction, getting a job that pays a livable wage, finding affordable housing, reuniting with family, and creating long-lasting change for themselves and others.
