Intermountain Centers for Human Development

A nonprofit organization

Intermountain Centers (Intermountain), and its affiliates, provide the highest quality, evidence-based health and human services to facilitate self-sufficiency for individuals in their own communities and cultural contexts. Intermountain strives to be a model for health and human service organizations.

For more than 50 years Intermountain has carried the torch for its commitment to provide the highest quality health services to some of Arizona's most underserved and vulnerable populations. Our services encompass a broad scope of offerings that include behavioral health, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorder (we operate a K-12 academy specifically for youth in this cohort), homelessness including transitional housing, first episode psychosis, youth services including workforce development, integrated care clinics, and more. With over 30 sites across the state, and more than 20,000 patient members served every year, we are deeply connected to Arizona's many diverse and historic communities. In addition to offering services under our name, we are an umbrella organization with numerous affiliates, including: Family Service Agency, Pinal Hispanic Council, and Community Partners.
