Choices exists to show unconditional love, care, and support to underserved women facing an unplanned pregnancy and empower healthy and informed decision-making regarding their child's life, themselves, and their future. At all four clinics, we provide free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, post-abortive care and counseling, free abortion pill reversal, parenting classes, baby supplies, and affordable STD testing.
