Valley of the Sun YMCA is responding to the needs of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic by offering childcare, preschool, and the Y Academy Learning Hub for the children of healthcare workers, first responders, and those unable to work from home; meal programs for children who may otherwise experience food insecurity; programs to reduce senior isolation; Y Outreach Program for Ahwatukee Seniors to provide rides to essential appointments and prescription delivery; transitional housing; and youth and foster care case management.
