With Pima County's municipal animal shelter currently full beyond capacity, we will use funds raised from Arizona Gives Day to support veterinary care for geriatric and hospice dogs and cats that we rescue from the shelter. In addition, we recently moved the rescue to a new property in Tucson after taking in 67 farm animals from a mass impound at the County's shelter, so we will use the funds to construct much needed fencing and shade structures for these special animals who were once the subject of cruelty.
