At LAVIDGE, we believe creativity and compassion go hand in hand. In 2019, we launched IMPACT – Giving and Sharing with Passion – to bring employees together in service and strengthen our connection to the Arizona community we proudly call home.
Employee-driven and leadership-supported, IMPACT is built on one simple belief: collective generosity can create real change. Each year, IMPACT selects local nonprofits focused on children in need, hunger, homelessness, poverty, and animal welfare. Together, we organize volunteer events, donation drives, and in-kind marketing partnerships that make an immediate and meaningful difference.
Since its inception, IMPACT has partnered with more than 40 local nonprofits, hosted over 100 community events, and contributed more than 2,500 volunteer hours.
These experiences unite our team, build empathy, and remind us that doing good and doing well go hand in hand. Every employee receives 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year, and many choose to give even more.
