Arizona Gives Day gets bigger and better every year, and we are proud to be a part of that success! This year, we are encouraging our employees to give through the TEP-UES portal; thanks in advance for your support of our local non-profits. Returning in 2025, Tucson Electric Power and UniSource Energy Services will match one donation up to $50 per employee until we reach a cap of $5,000.

Tucson Electric Power and UniSource Energy Services employees are the heart of our companies. Out of corporate funds (not customer rates), we invest more than $2 million in Arizona non-profits. One of the organizations we support is the Alliance for Arizona Nonprofits, the organizer of Arizona Gives Day. We provide funds to keep the Alliance strong and give nonprofits across the state the opportunity to win cash prizes on Arizona Gives Day. Organizations big and small, rural and urban, all have access to earn donations through Arizona Gives Day.
Our employees give their time, talents, and resources to the organizations they care about. Arizona Gives Day is another opportunity for our employees to give to the causes close to their hearts. Our Company's dedication to service extends beyond providing safe, reliable energy. For decades, we've remained true to our vision of improving the quality of life in the communities we serve.
Each year, TEP and UniSource employees volunteer more than 20,000 hours in the places we live, work, and play. Volunteering, in-kind, and financial contributions have significant, measurable impacts on our community. TEP and UniSource focus their philanthropic investments on education, the environment, and community assistance for limited-income and at-risk residents. We also lend support to other causes that engage our active employee volunteers. Arizona Gives Day is another way for our employees to make a difference.
