Downtown Radio KTDT 99.1 FM

Downtown Radio KTDT 99.1FM has been rocking locally and streaming globally since 2015. We serve the community by playing local and international artists who don't receive corporate airplay. We are an underground rock station run by a dedicated all-volunteer crew of 54 DJs and staff. Please donate generously to help us reach our goal of $1,000 to pay for daily operating expenses and equipment, sustaining our station's live remote broadcasting ever since the health crisis closed our studio.

We were named Best New Radio Station by the Tucson Weekly and have had hundreds of people write to us or post on our Facebook page how much they enjoy the station.

Downtown Radio KTDT 99.1FM plays deep cuts, tracks, and rarities you won't hear on commercial radio. Our DJs, experts in their rock subgenres, curate everything from indie and local bands to legendary icons.

Our artistic shows include Radio Oscura, Radio Club Crawl, After-School Special, Fluorescent Chapel, Oaktown Tavern, and Space Rock Spectacular, and much more. Our station also has the mission to reach out to those suffering from mental health issues and connect them with resources.
