Defenders of Children

Founded in 2007, Defenders of Children provides free trauma-informed legal services to vulnerable children and families in crisis throughout Arizona, with an emphasis on protecting and promoting the legal rights and physical and emotional safety and healing of victims of child abuse and neglect.

We help kids escape and stay safe from violence, which gives them a chance at a happy and healthy future.

One child at a time, our work not only changes (and saves) individual lives, but also improves our communities.
