Coyote TaskForce (CTF) is a 501-C3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide vocational and pre-vocational services for adults recovering from chronic and persistent mental illness through three programs: Our Place Clubhouse, Cafe 54, and Truck 54.

Coyote TaskForce, a peer-run agency, employs a dynamic team of job coaches, employment specialists, and psych-social rehabilitation specialists who are committed to finding meaningful work opportunities for members in the greater Southern Arizona community. CoyoteTaskForce offers one-on-one individualized job development to members, along with a continuum of other employment and recovery services, including a supportive, work-focused volunteer community at Our Place Clubhouse ( and hands-on pre-employment training at Cafe 54 ( and Truck 54 ( CTF was established by a group of clubhouse members, mental-health workers, families and advocates as a consumer-run business and was awarded the contract to run Our Place Clubhouse in November 1992. Cafe 54, its sister program, opened in 2004, and provides a real-life work experience and job development in the guise of an eclectic downtown restaurant. Truck 54, the mobile arm of the Cafe, hit the streets of Tucson in 2014, and takes the mission of Coyote TaskForce to people across Southern Arizona. For twenty years, Coyote TaskForce has been under the direction of Mindy Bernstein who holds over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience working with adults who have serious mental illnesses.
