Serving and Sheltering Neighbors 

Safe, stable housing is the foundation for rebuilding lives. Catholic Charities helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness find shelter, stability, and a path forward.

In Phoenix, MANA House provides transitional housing and supportive services for veterans who have experienced homelessness. In Northern Arizona, the BHHS Legacy Foundation Christine Stamper Center for Help and Hope offers emergency shelter and case management to help individuals and families secure permanent housing.

Supporting Children and Strengthening Families

Children and families need support during life’s most critical moments. Catholic Charities licenses and supports foster parents and walks alongside families navigating the foster care system.

We also offer Head Start services for children ages zero to five, helping prepare young learners for success in school and beyond. Through North Star Youth Partnership, youth are mentored and empowered to build confidence, leadership, and life skills.
