Today, more than 500,000 Minnesotans, including nearly 200,000 children, are facing hunger. That's the equivalent of four children in an average second-grade classroom not knowing if they'll have enough to eat. Behind these numbers are families making impossible choices—parents skipping meals so their children can eat and stretching every grocery dollar just to get by.
