Community 43 Employment Program
At Community 43, we believe that meaningful employment is a key part of recovery, independence, and personal growth. Our Employment Program provides the resources, guidance, and support members need to successfully pursue employment opportunities and build rewarding work experience.
Transitional Employment
Transitional Employment offers members the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a supportive and side by side environment. Whether re-entering the workforce or obtaining their first job, members develop structure, routine, workplace skills, and confidence that prepare them for long-term success.
Independent Employment
Independent Employment supports members who are seeking or maintaining employment within the broader community. Through ongoing support from peers and social practitioners at Community 43, members work toward achieving vocational goals and sustaining successful employment. Assistance includes resume development, job applications, interview preparation, mock interviews, and continued workplace support.
