Phoenix Allies for Community Health (PACH) provides free, volunteer-led, patient-centered healthcare to medically marginalized communities in Phoenix.
We believe healthcare is a human right. Every person deserves access to high-quality care delivered with respect, dignity, and cultural humility.
PACH was created to serve individuals and families who are often excluded from traditional healthcare systems, including those without insurance or access to affordable care. Through an integrative and community-centered model, we work to remove barriers and create pathways to long-term health and well-being.
Our services include:
• Free primary care and preventive services
• Case management and care coordination
• Health education, including nutrition and chronic disease support
• Food access through our pantry and community distribution efforts
• Vaccination clinics and community health outreach
We go beyond treating illness. We support the whole person by addressing the social factors that impact health, including food access, education, and connection to resources.
Powered by volunteers and community support, PACH is not just a clinic. It is a movement toward a more equitable healthcare system.
Too many people in our community are forced to go without healthcare. Not because they don’t need it, but because they can’t access it.
Your support helps change that.
When you give to PACH, you are:
• Providing free medical care to individuals and families who would otherwise go without
• Preventing serious health issues before they become emergencies
• Supporting access to food, education, and essential resources
Healthcare should never be out of reach.
Join us in building a future where every person has access to the care they deserve.
Give today and be part of a healthier, more equitable Phoenix.
"It's a privilege and an honor to work with Clinica PACH. In my entire life, I've never worked with such a dedicated team of volunteers. From house calls to case management, to patient-led support groups, and really good family medicine as well. The care provided here is incredible."
--Jason Odhner, RN, BSN, CCRN (Co-Founder)
"Since PACH was founded, I have seen PACH maintain its mission of serving people in need. PACH is important because there is a need in the community for high quality primary healthcare. I've seen the impact PACH has had on patients in both my personal and professional practice, as PACH providers have helped patients avoid medical complications and provided the social and emotional support to patients, that is much needed through difficult times. This type of care is essential in a patients' recovery. "
-- Dr. Roxana Neyra, MD
"Everybody deserves accessible and equitable healthcare! The volunteers at PACH go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients and deliver comprehensive healthcare. It is an absolute joy to be part of the team at Phoenix Allies for Community Health and a privilege to be part of a movement for change. This would not have been possible if it were not for our volunteers and our supporters."
-- Tina Chu, PA
"Our patients deserve the best care we can provide and their gratitude is always amazing. The rapport established with our patients brings joy as a healthcare provider, whether it be listening to a patient going through a difficult time or providing a much-needed medication. The volunteers and board members of PACH strive to provide to each patient what is necessary at every visit. I am proud to volunteer for PACH, as its basic tenet that healthcare is a human right strikes a resounding chord within me,"
