LC3 is dedicated to expanding access to opportunity for students who deserve every chance to succeed. Through after-school programs, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, LC3 creates a safe and supportive space where young people can grow academically, socially, and personally.

Our programs are designed to meet students where they are and help them envision what’s possible. From tutoring and academic support to college readiness and career exploration, students build the skills, confidence, and relationships they need to navigate their futures with purpose.

At the heart of LC3 is mentorship—trusted adults who show up consistently, build meaningful connections, and help guide students through important life decisions. Whether exploring career paths, preparing for life after high school, or simply having a place to belong after school, LC3 ensures that students are seen, supported, and empowered.

By investing in LC3, you’re helping create pathways to opportunity and opening doors for the next generation of leaders. Every dollar goes to our after school programming providing transportation, snacks, student supplies, mentors, and experienced instructors.

Program Highlights: 

• After-School Enrichment: LC3 provides 10 free after-school in wellness, STEM, the arts, leadership, and youth athletics. These program support students’ academic and professional journeys and offer mentorship. A few of the programs currently offered are: Lapan Soccer Scholar League, Pet Therapy, Cross-Aged Peer Mentoring, El Jardin, Robotics Program, Music Program, Art Program. 

• Leadership Development: The annual Lapan Leadership Summit prepares high school graduates by connecting them with mentors in their fields of interest and providing essential skills for success. 

• Community Engagement: LC3 fosters a supportive community where students, parents, and alumni collaborate to create opportunities for growth and success.
