DIAMOND GIRL ROCK DYNASTY NON-PROFIT MUSIC ORGANIZATION

Diamond Girl Rock Dynasty Nonprofit Music Organization is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization. Our mission is to provide inspirational leadership techniques through our array of programs/services to the youth and adolescents in our communities; that will help enhance and enrich their quality of life.

Diamond Dynasty is an inclusive community-based 501c3 non-profit organization located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is to instill basic leaderships techniques in youth and adolescents within Phoenix and surrounding areas. Created and founded in March of 2013 by Antonette Pearson with one goal in mind "Community Elevation" through positive and uplifting self-expression using the different methods of "art and/or music" as a pillar of foundation.

Since 2013 Diamond Dynasty also known as Diamond Girl Rock Dynasty Non-Profit Music Organization, has been a pillar in low-income areas. Diamond Dynasty provides an array of programs and services not only for our youth and adolescents, but families and individuals who are displaced and may be experiencing homelessness, single mothers/fathers, and individuals who are disabled.

We served a community that consists of young brown, black, native, and white children from ages 0 to 19 years old throughout poor areas. Much of our services are provided in areas known as the "projects", which is some of the roughest areas in Phoenix for growing and thriving children. Many of the families we provide services for income range from 0 to under $20,000 per year. Most of our families are on assisted programs, such as SNAP, TANF, and provided low-income housing.

One of the programs we offer is our Volunteer Assistance Program; "VAP" was design with our youth in mind. The basis of "VAP" is to provide a positive and healthy environment where our members can flourish while volunteering. Diamond Dynasty along with partnering agencies integrated a "work-like" environment that can enhance the skills and abilities of each individual as a whole. Supplying the right tools that allow our members/participants to be work ready. Setting them up in workplaces such as Chase Field; learning how to count inventory, learning how to effectively run a cash register, learning how to stock supply shelves, as well as learning how to provide essential customer service. Our members/participants can take part of this awesome experience as young as 15 years old.

Another program is Diamond Dynasty Feeding Hands Summer Food Program. Diamond Dynasty Feeding Hands Summer Food Summer Program provides healthy and nutritional food options in underserved and low-income areas where food insecurities are high. Over the last 6 years this program has grew tremendously. It started out feeding close to 200 individuals. As of today August 2022, this program has grown an additional 60%, feeding nearly 1000 individuals, supplying nearly 12,000 pounds of food in the following areas: South Phoenix, Maryvale, Central Phoenix, Glendale.

The purpose of fundraising/online fundraising is to help Diamond Dynasty raise money for a recording and production studio for Phoenix inner city youth. Who face the daily struggles of society. From homelessness to hunger and mental health barriers; Diamond Dynasty understands the art behind the "struggle" and would like to help enhance the abilities, skills, and talents that many of our young people have. Diamond Dynasty will continue to serve and assist underserved communities in Phoenix, Arizona.
